If you’re still not excited for next month’s Batman v Superman after seeing the final trailer, you likely never will. With just over a month to go before DC fully launches its Extended Universe, a final trailer has arrived and to say it’s getting fans excited for March 25th would be an understatement. There are plenty of great moments, but there’s a few that stood out so let’s not waste any time and count them down! At number five is a more active Alfred. We all know that Alfred is not only Bruce Wayne’s butler, father figure and greatest confidant, but it looks like in Batman v Superman he’ll also be his greatest asset. Previous photos have suggested he’ll have the knowledge to help with some of Batman’s high-tech gear, but in the new trailer it looks like he’ll be having a more hands-on approach to Batman’s dealings. We see him assisting Batman take on a throng of criminals by taking control of the Batwing and giving him some tactical advice on how to handle the situation. He even gets to throw in a few verbal jabs when Bruce finally makes it back to the Batcave. While we’re looking forward to a more active Alfred, it looks like Clark Kent will be getting some more action too which lands on our number four spot. We know that Clark and Lois are a full blown item in the movie, but a quick shot shows us just how much their relationship has progressed when a naked Lois gets a visit from Clark while she’s taking a bath. You know what they say, the couple that bathes together stays together! Taking our number three spot is Wonder Woman who takes this final trailer to silence some of her detractors. While we’re sure there are plenty out there who still don’t think she’ll make a good Wonder Woman, one of the more recent complaints has been the fact that she appears to be a very grounded hero, aka she can’t fly. Well, everyone complaining about that can now shut it as the Amazonian princess goes airborne right after telling Bruce Wayne, “I don’t think you’ve ever known a woman like me.” Yeah, definitely not! At number two is yet another moment that helps to silence some critics. There are a number of people who don’t think Batman would be much of a challenge for the likes of Superman and throughout much of the trailer that does seem to be the case. Superman is seen destroying the Batmobile and flinging Batman around like a ragdoll, but in one single moment not only does the audience realize that Batman isn’t one to go down easy, but so does Superman. Batman manages to block one of Superman’s punches while wearing his new iron suit and the “Whhhaaaaaaaaa!!!!!” look on Superman pretty much says it all. And finally, our number one favorite moment from the final trailer is the fact that we get to see the badass Batman we’ve always wanted. Nothing against Christian Bale, Michael Keaton or any of the other previous Batmen, but Ben Affleck’s Batman looks like he is going to be kicking some serious booty in this movie. The opening scene alone looks like a live-action version of the Arkham games and anyone that has played those knows that’s a huge compliment. Add that to the fact that Superman himself looks like he’s not afraid to show what he’s made of, and we’re more than hopeful that we will in fact see one heck of a battle when Batman v Superman hits theaters, but what do you think? Was there a moment from the trailer that got you even more excited than you already were or made you finally want to see it?
